Private yoga ensures you’re practicing the right kind of yoga safely and effectively.

Who is the teacher? 
Jessica Depew, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, JD, CYT is the owner and sole trainer for all private yoga clients.   Jessica has been studying and teaching yoga for over 15 years and has trained with the most masterful teachers of our time.  Her attention, knowledge and compassion make her one of the most highly sought-after yoga professionals in the area. Jessica has worked with cancer patients, injured workers, beginning students, anxiety sufferers and advanced yoga practitioners.  

Whether you are seeking therapy on a specific issue, new to yoga as a beginner or want to fine tune your existing yoga practice, you’ll benefit greatly from personally-tailored sequences of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation designed by Jessica. 

What is the cost? 
Private sessions with Jessica range from $80-$110 per hour, depending on the purchased package.
